Naturopathic Medicine is a system of therapy and treatment which relies exclusively on natural remedies, such as nutrition, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine and homeopathy. The OIHC also offers Masasge Therapy, Psychotherapy, Homeopathy and Yoga Therapy.

Directions

Driving Directions

Take the Queensway to the Parkdale exit. Head South up Parkdale avenue to Carling avenue. Turn right onto Carling avenue drive 2 short blocks to Holland avenue.

Parking Suggestions

There is a pay parking lot located on the North-East corner of the intersection of Carling and Holland avenues. From this lot head West half a block up Carling, the OIHC will be on the right.

Please Note: If you choose to seek free parking on neighbouring side streets, please add 20 minutes to your commute time as it is time-consuming to find a spot.

Bus Routes

The OIHC is conveniently located on several OC Transpo bus routes: The 85, 86, 101 & 176 all stop very near the clinic. Take the Carling & Holland stop and head West half a block up Carling, the OIHC will be on the right.
