Yoga is a holistic wellness practice that improves your physical strength, flexibility, and fosters mental and emotional well-being. Yoga can help improve your digestive system, breathing, oxygen delivery to your tissues, and can help your body more efficiently eliminate waste products and toxins. Yoga and meditation activate your parasympathetic nervous system, putting the body into rest and digest mode, slowing your heart rate and providing a calming effect on the body and mind.
In one-on-one yoga and/or meditation sessions, you can learn the physical postures and breathwork that will help you move towards your wellness goals. You can have a custom yoga and/or meditation routine designed for you, based on your needs, goals, and any physical ailments or injuries you have.
If you’ve never done yoga or meditation before and don’t know where to start, you can learn in a safe, supportive, one-on-one environment. You will learn the basics of yoga and/or meditation and be guided every step of the way. You can ask all your questions and get the answers you need. Before you know it, you’ll be a confident yogi!
One-on-One Yoga and Meditation Fees
- Initial Meet and Greet, 15 minutes: Free
- Initial Yoga and/or Meditation Session, 1.5 hours: $120
- Private Yoga/Meditation Session, 1 hour: $100
- Private Yoga/Meditation Session, 30 minutes $50
